 We are a family business covering primarily South East/East London, Kent and Surrey.  Luminous Independent Inventory Services was established to meet the growing demand for professional inventory and schedule reports offering an impartial, unbiased service to private landlords and letting agents alike, at a highly competitive rate.  Digital photos of all rooms, areas and major appliances are supplied on a CD disc with inventories being produced within 48hrs. For a small surcharge we will provide a PDF version within 24hours. 

 At the end of the tenancy a thorough check out inspection is carried out with the inventory forming the basis of the check-out report.  As a member of the AIIC, landlords can be confident that they and their tenants are protected legally and are abiding by the necessary regulations.  In addition, Luminous Inventory Clerks have the knowledge and experience to assess fair wear & tear and make necessary recommendations regarding compensation.
