As above. In addition, keys will be collected if viable (otherwise Landlord to be met at property), meet and greet incoming tenants, establish cleanliness of property and test major appliances. Utility readings will be undertaken and a record of keys handed over will be made.

Check In Only

All Luminous Inventories are automatically updated upon check in. In addition, keys will be collected if viable (otherwise Landlord to be met at the property), meet and greet incoming tenants, establish cleanliness of property and working order of major appliances. Utility readings will be taken and a record of keys handed over will be made.

Check Out

At the end of the tenancy the inventory clerk will return to the property to carry out a detailed inspection. A check-out report will be compiled using the original inventory and check in report. Any discrepancies will be noted and the landlord informed and advised if the tenant is to be charged.
